Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 12c ODC requires applicable individuals to sign a statement, annually, stating that they have fully complied with the conflict of interest policy. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 15 A comprehensive salary survey was done to determine wage scales based on education, responsibility, supervisory responsibility, job experience/technical expertise, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills and decision making authority. Following a research of the data resources, including cost and benchmark matches, the following three (3) sources were identified: 2012 Minnesota nonprofit salary and benefits survey; Minnesota Department of Economic Security Employment Data(MDES - updated quarterly); O*NET On-Line - regional and national data. From here, the wage data was averaged to determine the median wage for each grade. The current scale's maximum and minimum were then adjusted proportionately to the median. The wage scales were then presented to the Board of Directors for approval. This process was used to establish compensation for the CEO position and all positions at ODC. The wage scales for all positions at ODC are reviewed annually and compared to external market data.
