A link to this to page is https://www.thearabicschool.org/English/AdmissionE.htm Schedule E, Part I, Line 4 The school collected racial information in the student's registration form and kept the information in the school database. The required racial statistics can be generated from this information whenever requested. We filed a printed version of this form to the IRS on time (i.e. November 13, 2003). However, the IRS rejected our filing in paper form on May 3 2024 and asked us to refile electronically. Unfortunately, we have just received their letter (Nov 1, 2024) on this regard. We do not understand how this happened, but we are refiling here electronically to satisfy the IRS request.
