Fresh produce is often avaialbe. The Pantry also provides diapers and hygiene supplies. the amount of food given is based on family size. 26400 5055 The organization operates a transitional housing program for women coming from prison or recovery. The program has strict rules and expectations. Approximately 50% of the women complete the program and maintain employment and are able to obtain independent living arrangements when their program is complete. 7300 3000 Jobs for Life is a class focused on soft skills that contribute to successful employment. Each student is supported by a mentor throughout the program to walk along side of them during this transformational time. All individuals are asked for 2 forms of identification to verify their address. Individuals must also be in crisis or over the age of 62. This is verified through identification and interviews. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11b The Form 990 is provided to all board members electronically prior to filing. Board members are given an opportunity to comment. The Form 990 is discussed at the next scheduled board meeting. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 15 The compensation committee of the Board annually reviews the executive director's performance and compensation. The factors taken into consideration at the review are performance in key areas, new initiatives and staff development. Committee members obatin comparagble compensation rates. All of this is taken into account when setting the compensation of the executive director. Form 990, Part VI, Section C, line 19 The organization's governing documents and financial statements are available upon request. The conflict of interest statement is also available upon request. Taxpayer did not have a paid tax preparer preparing the returns. They thought the returns were only due every three years and not every year. This is the first time they have been late. Please do not charge them the late penalties.
