It provides year round opportunities to play fast pitch softball including two season and two competitive tournaments. All funds received are for the direct benefit of the players (uniforms, equipment, properly maintained fields, umpires, and various awards throughout the season and for tournaments) We provided a Spring and Fall league, and two competitive tournaments. We are a small organization whose mission is to provide year-round fast pitch softball to young girls, and we are completely run by volunteers. A member previously on the Board of Directors provided the Form 990 services for free, but the newly elected Board Member mistakenly believed the Form 990 to be due later in the year. We accept full responsibility for this oversight, and respectfully request that any penalties for late filing be waived as we are a small volunteer run organization.
