And unfortunately, as healthcare is our primary function (the Brookings Health System finance team completes the accounting tasks for the Investment Authority) and role to the community, the delay then caused the timing of reminders of the filing to get lost. As soon as the IRS notice was received that the filing did not happen, we immediately corrected and completed the filing electronically. We do not foresee this ever being an issue again.
