(BIPOC) -In 2023, OMC conducted a 50% increase in services, having conducted 34 Large-Scale POP-UP Shops. Each POP-UP Shop distributes clothing, shoes, accessories, cosmetics, personal hygiene items, and more assembled to create a dignified safe space for at-risk clients. -OMC conducted 12 Support Group Events and Meet-ups for HIV+ and HIV-vulnerable queer men of color to reduce stigma, isolation, and promote mental health. Including disseminating HIV preventative resources and education at GAY bars. -OMC conducted a 30-week Intensive Internship for POC, LGBTQ, students with interest in Social Work and Public Health services. Including clinical training, mental health assessment and clinical documentation, grant writing and research education. -Operational/Merchandise and Overhead expenditure: $13,765; Gas & Automotive $9,237 (Including U-Haul Rentals/Tolls/Parking) Travel: $6841 (Airfare, Taxis, Transport/Shipping, Hotel); Food & Beverage for events and volunteers associated cost ($20,205); Information Technology/Infrastructure Subscriptions/Web Hosting/Email $7546 PART 1, LINE 20- OMC has eliminated all outstanding debt. $5,631 was paid in FY2023 to Founder. Board knowledge and approval was conducted. Part 2, LINE 26: Liabilities: As of 12/31/23, there are no liabilities or existing debt/balances $5,631 has been fully repaid in fully. Board approval and knowledge have documented and noted.
