We are a small organization that focuses on trap neuter return and in the process take in sick and elderly stray and feral cats. So one part of our program is the trap neuter and return but it ties into the second part of taking them into our sanctuary or holding until adopted. Part IV We are volunteer based only and a couple of officers and directors have to wear many hats. The President does a majority of the work relying on the help of volunteers. In recent years the number of intake of cats increased and the existing cats were aging and why we needed to solicit more donations and we had a couple of big donors that helped us out. This was the first year we had file a 990 EZ form and the future large donations are uncertain. These donors or contributors have not had any or very little association with our organization but answered a plea for help on our social media. Up until now we have filed the 990N postcard.
