The contract requires that the realty be held by a not-for-profit entity and upon termination of the associated contract for services; it reverts to the State Agency. All costs associated with maintaining the group homes are included in the contract between Broadstep Academy-N.J., Inc. and the State Agency and use of the realty for the specified purpose is required.
