With its weatherization program, LEAP serves hundreds of households a year with energy audits and the direct installation of energy-saving measures. For low-income households, LEAP implements multiple and complex utility programs that provide assistance including Dominion's Energy Share and Health and Safety programs. These programs are delivered to low-income residents living in mobile homes, multifamily, single-family attached, and single-family detached homes.
