The spousal travel expense is reported as taxable income for the President. The Council pays for a club membership in the President's name. The club is used to host meetings and events. Part I, Line 4b PAC has a non-qualified deferred compensation plan under Section 457(f) of the Internal Revenue Code (IRC) for executive employees. PAC made no contributions to the plan for the year ended December 31, 2023. The Council ended contributions to the deferred compensation plan at the end of 2021.
