Youth Smoke-free Chess Workshop hosted at the Fountain of Truth Christian Church. Twenty-five youth participated in 4-hour workshop. Each participant pledged to remain smoke-free and not to pollute their bodies with smoking or vaping. The first hour youth 7 to 15 years where taught the fundamentals of the game. Then each youth was matched with another youth to apply what they were taught. We had 6 young adults who taught them the game and provided pizza for the last hour. A successful event enjoyed by all. 0 80 Community Day hosted at the Fountain of Truth Christian youth were responsible for inviting leaders and families from the communities and downtown Indianapolis leaders. Food fun music and games were enjoyed by all in attendance. There were around 250 individuals attended this event. The church made all purchases. 0 0 Youth Employment Program was a 3 week program which lasted 5 hours each day. Youth ages 14 - 18 learned the fundaments of working in a job. Once a week an individual came in the talk with the youth about their job and any openings their companies had.
