Accordingly, no provision for federal income tax is required. Management does not believe that the Organization conducts any activities subject to taxation as unrelated business income. In addition, management concluded that there are no uncertain tax positions and, accordingly, there is no adjustment to the financial statements. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 4 Updated bylaws were approved by the Board during 2023. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b The organization's Board of Trustees reviews the Form 990 via electronic communication. Any questions or concerns are addressed. Formal review and approval is performed by the Finance Committee of the Board of Trustees. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c Annually, the organization requires officers, employees and Board of Trustee members to review the conflict of interest policy. Board members are required to sign an acknowledgement that no conflicts exist or to disclose any conflicts to be addressed by the Executive Committee of the Board of Trustees. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15 The Executive Director's compensation is determined based on a performance review and benchmarking process to other similar organizations including other Levitt organizations in other parts of the country. The Executive Director's compensation is approved by the Executive Committee of the Board of Trustees in accordance to the organizations bylaws. The compensation of all other employees is reviewed in connection with the budget process by the Finance Committee and the Board of Trustees.
