We do this by helping them locate employment and providing support services to maintain employment. We provide hands-on job coaching, skills and task training, and necessary equipment to handicapped individuals so that they could become productive and self-supporting. They are required to also notify the board if there are any conflicts or potential conflicts. To date, we have had not conflicts of interest. (who are independent contractors) who counsel and work with the individuals with disabilities who are in job training for employment. We compared other organizations of similar size with similar mission and determined fair compensation.
