This supports and enables clear communication between the two organizations. Part IV, Section D, Line 3 The Warren County Library has a significant voice in how the Friends of the Library spend their funds. Library Staff Liaisons regularly present to the Friends requests for financial expenditures to support Library services and programming. Most of the Friends expenditures are initiated from the Library-generated requests. Part IV, Section E, Line 1c The Friends of the Library spent $6,810 in support of the Warren County Library, a government department of Warren County, NJ. Part IV, Section E, Line 2a The sole purpose of the Friends of the Warren County Library is to support the Library, mainly financially, so that the Library can offer various programs to the community.
