Sakhi- Swavlamban is a joint initiative of PNB MetLife India Insurance Company Limited and Drishtee Foundation with the aim to create community led and managed business ecosystem and self-reliant, sustainable economic and social solutions for marginalised rural women as a response to their need and mechanism to combat their challenge. Part III, Line 4c Details of Women Empowerment Project JIVIKA A. Drishtee Program Responsibilities Responsibilities expected of Drishtee: 1. Initiating SHG mobilization activities on ground. This would SHG member identification, co-visioning of change, group aggregation, induction, structuring, growth and enablement or facilitation through the process of change. 2.Creating ecosystem for facilitation of micro enterprise development and providing'/market access:- Setup a Drishtee office for carrying out activities aimed at developing a social business ecosystem. Part VI, LIne 11 b Drishtee Foundation as established the following review process to ensure that the information reported is complete and accurate. Form 990 is prepared by an outside accounting firm tax specialist and reviewed by Compliance Officer. Prior to Submission, it is reviewed by the Governing Body members. Part VI, Line 12c Drishtee Foundation has in place a conflict of interest policy which it monitors and enforces annually and the governing body oversees its execution. Governing Body, all members and all staff annually sign a conflict of interest policy and disclose any potential conflicts that may exist. Part VI, Line 15 Drishtee foundation has established a compensation policy for its leadership committee to follow in establishing the compensation for its President, Secretary, Vice President and other Governing Body Members. Governing Body Members also have the option to waive any compensation with due regards to the social work done by the Organization. Part VI, Line 19 Annual Reports of Drishtee Foundation along with this year's Form 990 can be found on the website www.drishtee.in. Governing Documents (MOA and Rules/ Regulations), Conflict of Interest Policy are also available on the website upon request. Part VI, Line 2 Swapna Mishra is the daughter-in-law of Mamta Mishra. Chandan and Meenu Mishra are the daughters of Mamta Mishra. Sailesh Kumar Thakur and Kavita Thakur are husband and wife. Part Vi, Line 6, 7a The organization has 7 members. Every member has a vote at the general meeting. Part Xi, line 9 Change in net assets or fund balances amount to USD 1,187,546 which comprises of four items: 1. Addition of USD 249,371 to Corpus Fund Grant 2. Expenditure od USD 14,540 to capital expenditure from fund 3. expenses of usd 36,367 for endowment to deuka association 4. addition of usd 989,183 to spandan endowment fund. Being a foreign entity, we got confused with the due dates. We requested IRS for extension which was granted.
