Our assistance includes food clothing medicare medicaid assistance,and education access to housing and sheltering and other services. The services we provide allows for essential assistance to be provided to vulnerable demographics within the areas we serve. Homeless Services: $5000 Budget Provides assistance with immediate services for those face housing food & clothing insecurities. Connecting clients to shelters or permanent housing resources or Rental Assistance. Providing case management to ensure clients are able to obtain SNAP Medicaid SSI SSDI Medicare or other assistance they may need in order to improve their financial situation within 30-60 days. We assisted 533 individuals. 0 0 Senior Services: Budget Provides $3000 Provides multiple resources to improve the quality of life individuals 55+.This program assists with reduction of out of pocket costs that many Seniors experience with their medical cost. We assist with getting their deductible back by using progrs such as SLIMB & PAAD that helps with these expenses. We work with Healthcare Brokers that works to get Medicaid for clients who need extensive medical needs due to their age. Through this program we have been able to help 3,259 clients save over $1 Mil. 0 0 Street Outreach: Budget $3414 - Provides food clothing personal care items and connection to services for our unhoused neighbors living within Northern NJ. This program offers services in warming centers shelters libraries on the street at designated locations and partner with other organizations who work with the housing insecure.
