These sessions are anywhere from one to ten days long. Although many have a different main activity, all sessions emphasize times for worship, Bible study, individual time with God and seeking the Lords will for each individual life. THE ARK is a year-round mission organization that provides facilities for people of all ages to get away from the pressures of everyday life and minimize those distractions so they can instead focus on Bible study, prayer, and seeking Gods individual plan for their lives. This includes facilities for vocational pastoral staff for sabbatical stays at no charge. The ARK is a foreign missionary sending organization. Then each page is reviewed by each board member to valid their accuracy. Conflict of interest policy compliance Part VI line 12c On a yearly basis, the Executive Director along with the Spiritual Director visit with each Board of Director member to discuss and complete an involvement commitment and a conflict of interest form. These topics are regularly a part of the quarterly board of director meetings. These issues are also part of informal conversations between the Board of Directors and Executive Director.
