Form 990, Part XI, Line 9 Exchange rate difference We had tried requesting an extension via Form 8868, but it appears that there was a transmission error which resulted in the form not being transmitted and hence the automatic extension was not received. We were only made aware of this failure much later and we responded to the IRS indicating as much when an official letter was sent to us on this matter. In any event, we were awaiting a completion of the verification of figures for each of the individual offices and the subsequent audits in order to faithfully complete the Form 990.
