NHCORR awards housing assistance and provides the recipient with a voucher. The recipient forwards a copy of the voucher signed by the recipient and the owner of the recovery residence along with a copy of the housing agreement and a sworn statement of the recipient's debt to the recovery house. Then NHCORR pays out on the housing voucher. All records are kept in both electronic and paper at the NHCORR office. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a Members of NHCORR elect the members of the board of directors at the annual meeting. The Chair of the Board can appoint up to 3 members of the Board of Directors and fill vacancies. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b Present the 990 to the entire board for review and approval.
