The band director attends the regular meetings of the Band Wagon and provides ongoing information to the officers and members of the Mead Band Wagon. This enables the supporting organization to provide financial and/or volunteer support as required. Also, the Mead Band Wagon President and/or other officers meet with the band director outside of the regular monthly meetings as needed. Schedule A, Part IV, Section E, Line 2b The Mead Band Wagon(supporting organization) executes activities throughout the year to generate funds for the Mead High School Band and Colorguard to perform during the fall marching season and other events. The annual craft fair provides funds to purchase props, food, and transportation for the marching band and other band trips. The Mead Band Wagon contract with McCarthy center on the campus of Gonzaga University and other fund raisers to provide ways for students involved in band and colorguard to earn money to pay fees.
