One letter said we needed to file form 1120 S Corporation Tax and the other letter stated that we needed to file form 990PF. We weren't sure what to do here. We called numerous times concerning the matter. We finally got an answer from the IRS and learnt that IRS hadn't updated their system to show we were tax exempt so we were still being looked at as a regular corporation.
