We are a completely volunteer organization. We had an accountant that was doing our accounting review and filing our 990 EZ tax return on a free basis. We had provided the accountant with all of our business information(including all accounts and activity) for the period from (7/01/2021-06/30/2022). We have repeatedly try to speak to the accountant, his secretary said he would return our call. He has never, to this day, returned our call and we figured that he decided to stop helping us and did not have the the professionalism to notify us that he was no longer going to be our accountant. Once we determined that the return was not filed, Jessica Lilly(oranization president spoke to the IRS by telephone and they instructed her to get the return filed as soon as we were able to figure out how to get the return completed and filled.
