Additionally, year-to-date revenues and expenses are presented against the annual budget each month. The Treasurer's report is then approved at each monthly meeting by the general members in attendance. The Form 990 is reviewed with the Executive Board prior to filing. The HBPA general members are notified when the Form 990 has been filed and approved and it is made available to everyone upon request. Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19 The HBPA makes all governing documents and financial statements available at the monthly meetings, usually held on the first Thursday of each month during the school year (September-June). The meetings are held at Hillsborough High School, 466 Raider Blvd., Hillsborough, NJ 08844. All governing documents are maintained by the President, Randy Hart, at her personal residence. The Form 990 took a little longer than expected to file. I completed it within minutes of midnight.
