We started developing and purchasing exhibits and programming supplies for the mobile museum and began planning 2024 activities at schools in Bend and Redmond. 0 0 0 We conducted 4 meetings with 19 different stakeholders throughout the year. We held a community forum attended by over 60 people and distributed an online survey to gather input regarding the need and vision for a children's science museum in Central Oregon. We then worked with Gyroscope Inc. a design firm that specializes in children's and science museums to develop a Visitor Experience Plan for the permanent museum. This plan describes the community need the learning framework for the museum the experiences for each exhibit zone and has renderings and or design references for each of the six exhibit zones.
