Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c The Foundation has designated a selection committee to determine the eligibility and amount of aid to provide to candidates with certain restrictions installed by the Board of Directors. Both the Board of Directors and committee members are aware of the conflict-of-interest rules and restrictions thereunder and are required to sign an annual confirmation statement attesting no such conflicts exist or have arisen. The Foundation's Board and committee have made available the governing documents and conflict of interest policy upon request. The committee has sent numerous companywide emails to the eligible Foundation candidates, and information is available on Epiq's Intranet called One Epiq. Additionally, the Principal Officer continually informs a large population of the eligible Foundation candidates through her involvement in Epiq's "All Hands" calls.
