In addition, the school is monitored at least bi-monthly to ensure compliance with laws and regulations. Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19 The school's governing documents, conflict of interest policy and financial statements are maintained by its legal counsel and fiscal officer and may be provided upon request. The school waited for final audited financial statements prior to filing the Form 990.
