Form 990 Part III Line 1 - Continue Crearte Inc. is a multidisciplinary service center that serves vulnerable communities of San Juan and adjacent towns. It offers a holistic service program that visualizes the human being from a bio-psyco-social-spiritual perspective. It uses arts, education, support services in the discipline of social work, psychology and counseling as strategies to promote the development of human capacities and potential. Among the programs is the Alternative School, which provides a non-traditional educational model based on multiple intelligencies and emotional intelligence. The programs also include the Evening Program aimed at reducing risk factors in childhood and adolescence. It offers in the afternoon support in academics area and artistic and recreational workshops. This added to the programs in the community in which Crearte Inc. goes to community spaces to take its services considering the needs and profile of the population for responsive interaction to their needs. These services are provided at an average cost of $2,694 per student per year.
