Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b A copy of the 990 is provided to the Board prior to filing the 990 with the IRS. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c All Directors are required to annually sign a conflict of interest disclosure statement. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15 The Start-Up Coordinator's salary is determined by the Board. The contract is approved by the Board and signed by the Board Chair. Base salary is determined by examining factors such as education, experience, and comparable salaries of Start-Up Coordinators in other charter schools. Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19 The governing documents, conflict of interest policy, and financial statements are available to the public upon request. The school has planned to become operational in the fall of 2022 but was delayed due to various constraints. The school later became aware that the 990 still needs to be completed even though the school wasn't operational and had minimal financial activity and funds.
