In order to approve the minutes, in each new meeting of the board the members discuss the minutes of the prior period and approve it. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15 The compensation of the officers and key employees is determined by the Governing Board using comparable statically data from compensations of similarly qualified persons and functionally comparable positions. The governing board evaluates the competent survey information in conjunction with financial situation of the organization to determine and establish a reasonable compensation arrangement. Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19 The organization's governing documents, conflict of interest policy, and financial statements are available for public inspection at the facilities of the administrative office. Also, in the organization's website has posted its non-discriminatory policy and the Learner & Parent/Guardian Handbook. All the parents must sign the acknowledgment as evidence of received, reviewed and acceptance it (policy). Annually, all employees receive a copy of the Faculty Manual and they arc required to sign it as evidence of received, reviewed and acceptance it.
