I am writing to provide an explanation for the late filing of the St Clement Christian Academy tax return for the tax year [2022. I have started using form990.com online to do my return, and I was under the impression that it was filed back in May but when I went to file form 990 for 2023, I found out that it was never actually submitted to the IRS.
