BRSE Schools and Districts have ingrained continuous improvement into their organizational culture. BRSE enjoys and works in hundreds of our nation's schools. All of our partner schools and districts moved 1-2, some even 3 letter report card grades. We work closely with schools to identify strengths as well as opportunities for growth and improvement. Schools are measured by a validated national standard of what great schools are doing. BRSE completed 432 assessments with 411,115 stakeholders completing surveys, since upgrading the tool. This equates to a greater impact that BRSE has on improving schools across the country. Since inception, BRSE gathered 10,579,436 data points to help improve schools. In addition, the contract specifies a bonus of 10% of the net national conference after all conference expenditures. In addition, the organization will pay a $10,000 bonus at year end if the CEO sells 100 new Lighthouse assessments for more than $5,500 each. The Board Chair will review CEO performance each year. Board Member Akil Ross Organization paid $1,000 in non-employee compensation to his business, HeartEd LLC. Board Member Bartlett Teal Organization paid royalties of $59,918 to Teal Education Systems LLC for the use of registered intellectual property that facilitates the organization's assessment program. Mr. Teal was paid $24,000 for non-employee compensation for working on assessments. Board Member Jayne Ellspermann Orgnaization paid $24,129 in non-employee compensation to her business, Jayne Ellspersmann LLC. Board Member Joann O'Connell This board member is the daughter of President and Vice President Bartlett and Alice Teal. Part VI, line 2 Bartlett and Alice Teal are husband and wife and both are active officers of the organization.
