We provide services for our members in the representation in any labor issues and in negotiating contracts for salary and benefits for the bargaining unit. All our dues collected each go to providing these services. We have an executive committee that is made up of a President and 2 Vice Presidents and Recording Secretary and Corresponding Secretary and treasurer and two Reps at large. Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19 We did not Form 990, Part XI, Line 9 The amount from line 32 on PartX was not carrying over and I needed to put this amount here to balance out numbers. I would not of had to do this but the software was not carrying over the numbers. I sent hard copies to the IRS and was received on January 13, 2022. It has a stamped on it. I received in Late August all my hard copies returned with mailing envelope I sent with a letter saying I needed to efile. In Reply the number is 0973199987. It was dated August 25, 2022. I feel I had all paperwork in on time and did not receive notice to efile until August I should not be charged late fees.
