We meant to file the extension in July, and several staff members were out unexpectedly, and staffing was very short-handed. As CEO, I was in classrooms in July, providing lessons, because we didn't have a staff person who could fill the position. The extension was filed a few days late but was rejected, as it was late. We have worked diligently to get this in as quickly as possible but ran up against a few issues with our books that required outside help, and those professionals were not obligated to be on our timeline, so it took longer than we hoped.
